Prime location for The Frying Squad
When no less than Amazon contact you to provide food and refreshments for a staff appreciation day at one of the company’s UK distribution centres it’s not something you choose to turn down, and The Frying Squad are always up for the challenge.
The venue was what was then the company’s biggest UK warehouse and one of their largest worldwide. The site, in Theale near Reading, is close to J12 of the M4 and next to Arlington Business Park and features an incredible 134,430 sq ft of warehouse space.
We provided a well received treat for Amazon’s hard working staff following Prime Day in June, and Black Friday at the end of November.
In the aftermath of the two biggest global shopping events of the year and with the Christmas rush looming, the company is always keen to let their teams know they are appreciated.
It seems that we hit the spot with our top quality range of fish and chips and veggie/vegan options. But don’t take our word for it, here is what Andy from Amazon had to say…
