Feeding the BT Sport crew at the Hammers’ historic women’s match
We were delighted to have been contacted once again to serve the BT Sport crew on the occasion of an historic FA Women’s Super League clash between West Ham Women and their fierce local rivals Tottenham Hotspur Women at the iconic London Stadium, formerly the home of the 2012 Olympics.
The largest ever crowd for a London WSL game piled into the London Stadium to watch the game, but unfortunately for our hosts at the stadium the momentous occasion ended in a 2-0 defeat for the Hammers.
We were there to dish up our legendary fish and chips and veggie options for the hungry BT Sport camera and sound crews, with some of the big name pundits who appear on screen also eager to indulge.
The Frying Squad’s succulent line caught cod loins and Halloumi fried in delicious gluten-free batter, and crisp golden Maris Piper chips are always a winner at sporting events.

In the first weekend of the new decade BT Sport contracted us again to feed their team at Gillingham FC’s MEMS Priestfield Stadium in the 3rd Round of the FA Cup.
The match saw David Moyes’ resurgent West Ham side overcame a spirited performance from League One Gillingham to advance to the fourth round.
